The ARPA Business Façade grant program will provide grants of up to $25,000 to tenants and property owners for exterior improvements made to their buildings. Eligible costs shall include hard costs relating to comprehensive exterior renovations of existing office, retail, manufacturing or industrial buildings. This initiative will impact the city by improving the aesthetics, increasing property values and adding to the tax base.
