This KPI measures the satisfaction level of residents with the aesthetic appeal and upkeep of parks and recreational facilities within a community. It reflects residents' perceptions of the cleanliness, maintenance, landscaping, and overall visual appeal of public spaces dedicated to recreation and leisure activities. Resident satisfaction with the appearance of parks and recreational facilities directly impacts their quality of life. Well-maintained and visually appealing public spaces enhance community well-being, promote physical and mental health, and contribute to a sense of pride and belonging among residents.
