Research Charter School Location

Staff has reviewed a potential financing plan with the goal of zero funding from tax payer dollars. Exploring different options with location and size of school. The City is reviewing possible 5-6 acre land options. A site feasibility "fit test" site plan will begin to ensure a school can be constructed on a parcel of that size and at what cost. High level traffic analysis is being performed on an additional site for pro/con purposes.
