This initiative focuses on the safety equipment utilized by public safety staff to have the proper equipment to address any EV equipment issues or concerns. 

Six (6) electric vehicle fire suppression blankets and storage cabinets to be purchased and distributed to multiple facilities to include:

  • Four (4) at City Hall parking garage
  • One (1)1 at the Police Department parking garage
  • and  one (1) to be stored in the city's Fleet garage 
Operating Budget:
Capital Budget: $50,000 (ARPA Funding)
