Create a Communal Gathering in the downtown

As the city realizes our shared vision of a revitalized downtown, it is crucial that the city develops a unique atmosphere by which residents can gather to enjoy downtown amenities. This project seeks to infuse several elements including events, interactive downtown décor, walking paths, and natural gathering areas for reflection and communal enjoyment. The growth and development of the city’s festivals and events has identified a need for a venue. This initiative will serve the community as a social, cultural and educational center for residents and visitors.
