In an effort to take advantage of the sunsets in the city, staff will work with local developers to attract a rooftop bar to the downtown.
The developer has indicated that there is interest in selling the hotel property and the CRA Board gave direction to the chair to conduct due diligence. The developer sent a letter on 2/28 indicating his intention to look into selling as required per his agreement. The Limit C portion of the developer agreement will be terminated due to the lack of progress on the project.
