This initiative would allow staff to research rental assistance for businesses in Coral Springs. Research would involve staff time gathering resources and data on the viability of the program.
Staff has completed its research and presented at the 1/22 Commission Winter Retreat. Direction was given to create a new incentive that addresses this need for FY26. Staff has created and submitted the initiative and it will now move through the budget process.
