To provide grant programs for businesses to eliminate and prevent the spread of blight and deterioration of properties. This initiative will impact the city by improving the aesthetics, increasing property values and adding to the tax base. As part of the program staff is evaluating the inclusive of demolition as a component of the program.
C&M created a "Get to Know the EDO" flyer to distribute and promote the programs. The program has had numerous applicants and received media coverage. This item is now closed.
