Staff to research Childcare Assistance opportunities to form a plan that will meet childcare needs of our City employees. Optimally, this effort will support the overall health and well-being of our staff, reducing the stress of lack of childcare or expensive childcare resources which would ultimately result in increased focus at work and higher overall performance.
Information regarding childcare options at Coral Springs High Schools has been communicated to the organization. Staff is researching additional options and incentives from private entities.
