Description

This KPI measures the perception of taxpayers and fee payers regarding the value they receive in exchange for the taxes paid and fees incurred. It reflects the satisfaction level of stakeholders in terms of the efficiency, effectiveness, and fairness of public spending and fee structures asked in the community survey. This question assists the City of Coral Springs in the budget planning process regarding mileage rates, user fees, and charges for services.
