Implement a Master Plan Study to explore the redevelopment and improvement of the Center for the Arts. The goal is to maximize the use of the Center for the Arts to meet more needs within the community by refreshing and re-purposing available areas.
Staff received the latest plans from vendor, CPZ on master plan with total costs and breakdown for different areas for phased approach. Waiting on additional cost breakdown for areas proposed by CPZ. 7/24/25 CPZ obtaining a quote from the estimator to provide detail breakdown of costs.
