The City of Coral Springs is working with Habitat for Humanity to develop affordable housing on Riverside Drive. The land previously owned by the city has been conveyed to Habitat for Humanity. Funds from the Affordable Housing Trust Fund were awarded to Habitat for Humanity to subsidize the cost of development and off-set the purchase price for buyers to ensure affordability for low- to moderate-income families.
The Habitat for Humanity construction has been completed. The dedication ceremony was held on May 22, 2025.
