This KPI assesses the satisfaction levels of senior participants in recreational programs offered by the City of Coral Springs. It evaluates the perceived quality, relevance, and overall experience of these programs in meeting the needs and preferences of senior participants. Monitoring the rating of quality of recreation programs for seniors is essential for promoting the physical, mental, and social well-being of older adults. Positive ratings indicate that programs are effectively supporting seniors' health, happiness, and sense of fulfillment.
