The improvement and enhancement of the Cypress Hammocks club house and surrounding park properties will provide the community and visitors an attractive, inviting property for recreation. The amenity and facility improvements will allow staff to better serve the community’s recreation needs through enhanced programming and facility rentals.

New plan sheets that are impacted due to the existing amphitheater will be submitted to the building department this week, awaiting cost adjustment from vendor (Anzco).

Pool entrance has been poured. Building is being painted. Gutter in courtyard are installed and concrete surface painted.

Landscape is being installed over the next two weeks.  

Multiple inspections have passed, painting on-going, front entrance construction on-going.

Electric meter relocation scheduled for early August. 

Project moving along with a substantial completion date of June 10, and final completion date of July 10.
