City staff will work with site selectors, industry associations, brokers, and partners to recruit and attract new businesses to the City of Coral Springs.
Staff attended the 2022 ICSC show in Orlando in August to promote opportunities within the City. Also working with Foundry and Amazon to fill space in the Commerce Park. Staff increased the business incentive program to improve additional business properties and continue the success of the program. Staff continues to work with brokers, developers, and business to move into the City of Coral Springs.
