Description

This KPI measures the effectiveness of emergency medical services (EMS) in achieving Return of Spontaneous Circulation (ROSC) ate among patients experiencing cardiac arrest. ROSC refers to the return of a stable heart rhythm following cardiac arrest, which is a critical milestone in resuscitation efforts. This is being compared to the State of Florida's ROSC rate. This performance measure is used to track the progress for Goal 2: An Active, Healthy Community. Source: Coral Springs Fire Department
