KPI evaluates the perceived effectiveness of the city's' initiatives and efforts aimed at preserving and enhancing the quality of neighborhoods within the City of Coral Springs. It measures the satisfaction levels of residents regarding the city's commitment to neighborhood maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and overall livability. By tracking ratings of city efforts at maintaining neighborhood quality, the city can demonstrate accountability, responsiveness, and commitment to resident needs, ultimately fostering vibrant, sustainable, and inclusive neighborhoods that enhance the overall livability and attractiveness of the community. This performance measure is used to track the progress of Goal 3: An Attractive Community. Source: Zencity Community Survey question "...please rate… public works (streets and drainage maintenance)" Formula is number of "very satisfied", "satisfied", and "neutral" responses divided by total number of responses. Changed from 4-point to 5-point scale in 2011.
