Description

This KPI measures the level of satisfaction and contentment among employees within the City of Coral Springs organization. It evaluates employees' perceptions of their work environment, job satisfaction, organizational culture, and overall experience as employees. By tracking employee satisfaction ratings, the city can cultivate a positive work environment, enhance employee engagement and retention, improve performance and productivity, and ultimately achieve greater success and provide a premiere experience for our community. This performance measure is used to track the progress of Goal 5: An Innovative, High-Performing and Sustainable Organization Source: City of Coral Springs Employee Survey **No survey for FY 2012.
