Description

This KPI measures the level of satisfaction among residents regarding the effectiveness, clarity, and frequency of communication received from the City of Coral Springs. It assesses residents' perceptions of the city's efforts to disseminate information, engage the community, and promote transparency and accountability. By tracking satisfaction ratings with city communications, the city can assess resident engagement, enhance transparency and trust, improve service delivery, and strengthen community connections, ultimately fostering a more informed, empowered, and engaged community.
