Completion July 2019 – Staff completed the implementation of the comprehensive compensation study for all non-sworn employees. The results will improve our ability to attract and compete for talent within the south Florida region.  The new pay structure provides a competitive wage base for existing employees and supports our ongoing retention efforts.
