Staff is researching the current modes of community engagement with performance measures and is currently brainstorm  other engagement strategies.

This initiative was delayed due to Covid-19, however, scheduled to be presented to the Commission at the September workshop.

Senior Staff collaboratively presented the efforts of all City employees on aiming to exceed expectations of the community on our Community Engagement Strategy to the Commission at the September workshop. Topics included: Highlights for Community Engagement & Benchmarking, Business Model is a Community Engagement Model, 5 Departments with multiple engagement programs, Demographics of Coral Springs, Uniting our Community, Community Leadership & Influencers, Goals & Outcomes of this Initiative.
